Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a firelor poliesterice vopsite în masa. Procedeul, conform inventiei, în scopul largirii gamei sortimentale, reducerii consumurilor energetice si asigurarii uniformitatii vopsirilor, consta în filarea unei topituri formata din granule de polietilentereftalat cu o greutate moleculara peste 25000 postpolicondensate sub vid înaintat, la temperaturi de 220...240 degree C, amestecate cu agent de colorare în porportie de 2...6%, filamentele colorate propaspat filate fiind racite cu aer având 50...80% umiditate si temperatura de 35+/-5 degree , umectate cu antistatizant si trecute peste seturile de galeti de preetirare si etirare si înfasurate cu o viteza de 25000...32000 m/min.
