Abstract

Inventia s erefera la o instalatie pentru transformarea chimica cu laserul a unor substante sub forma de pulberi, destinata obtinerii unor reactivi chimici de înalta puritate. Inventia se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca foloseste un laser cu CO2, care transmite radiatia printr-un sistem optic asupra materialului de procesat chimic, asezat pe o banda transportoare ce antreneaza stratul de pulbere cu viteza reglabila prin zona iradierii cu fascicul laser. Instalatia, conform inventiei, prezinta mai multe avantaje, printre care eliminarea posibilitatilor de impurificare a substantelor obtinute, economii de energie, randament ridicat al conversiei etc.The invention relates to a plant for chemical chemical transformation of powdered substances for the purpose of obtaining high purity chemical reagents. The invention is characterized in that it uses a CO2 laser which transmits the radiation through an optical system onto the chemical-processed material, placed on a conveyor belt that drives the powder layer at a rate controlled by the laser beam irradiation zone. According to the invention, the plant has several advantages, including the elimination of the possibilities of contaminating the obtained substances, energy savings, high conversion efficiency, etc.
