Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor fluide magnetice pe baza de alcooli, C indice 8...C indice 18. Pentru obtinerea fluidelor magnetice pe baza de alcooli C indice 8...C indice 18 se foloseste un fluid magnetic pe baza de petrol cu Mo=300 Gs. Utilizînd metoda schimbarii lichidului de baza, stabilizarea si dispersarea particulelor magnetice în noul lichid de baza se face cu ajutorul poliizobutilensuccinimidei (PIBSI) sau poliizobutilensuccinanhidrinei (PIBSA). Prin procedeul conform inventiei s-au obtinut fluide magnetice pe baza de alcooli cu Mo=300...800 Gs. Fluidele magnetice pe baza de alcooli C indice 8...C indice 18 sînt indicate a fi utilizate în domeniul traductoarelor magnetofluidice, iar cele care au ca lichid de baza unul din alcooli C indice 12...C indice 18 sau mai mare, la domeniul stocarii informatiilor.The invention relates to a process for obtaining alcohol-based magnetic fluids, C index 8 ... C index 18. To obtain the magnetic alcohols C-index 8 ... C index 18, a magnetic fluid is used on petroleum base with Mo = 300 Gs. Using the base fluid change method, the stabilization and dispersion of magnetic particles in the new base fluid is made by means of polyisobutylene-succinimide (PIBSI) or polyisobutylene-succinanhydrin (PIBSA). By the process according to the invention magnetic alloy-based fluids with Mo = 300 ... 800 Gs were obtained. The magnetic alcohols C-index 8-18 C-index 18 are indicated to be used in the field of magnetofluid transducers and those having as base liquid one of the C-alcohols index 12 ... C index 18 or greater at storage of information.
