Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru densiometrie adaptabil la un spectrofotometru de absorbtie si/sau emisie în vederea baleiajului unor probe microanalitice, cu aplicatii, în special în domeniul biomedical. Dispozitivul, conform inventiei, este constituit dintr-un subansamblu montat în compartimentul pentru cuve al unui spectrofotometru, ambele fiind interfatate la un calculator de procese, subansamblul fiind constituit dintr-o placa de baza pe care este montat un suport cu o fanta pentru fasciculul incident si cu o piesa terminata printr-un capat prismatic pentru dirijarea luminii pe o suprafata superioara a unui echipaj mobil, lumina reflectata difuz sau de fluorescenta fiind apoi dirijata fie tot pe directia fasciculului initial prin reflexia pe o alta fata externa a capatului prismatic, fie prin reflexie la un unghi drept fata de directia initiala a fasciculului incident pe o fata înclinata a unei lamele, proba putînd fi montata vertical pe o rama basculanta în jurul unui ax sau orizontal, pe echipajul mobil a carui translatie este asigurata de o curea de transmisie solidarizata prin întindere între role de echipajul mobil în sicanele acestuia, prin antrenarea frictionala pe axul unui motor pas-cu-pas cu ajutorul unei role presoare, sensul de rotire si numarul de pasi ai motorului fiind programate prin calculator.
