Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv de crestat pâine, utilizat în întreprinderile de panificatie pentru realizarea crestaturilor pe aluatul crud. Dispozitivul de crestat pâine este alcatuit dintr-un cadru metalic rigid, un traductor magnetostrictiv, o coarda vibranta si o lamela elastica ce vibreaza, fiind excitata cu ultrasunete. Inventia prezinta urmatoarele avantaje: se îmbunatateste crestarea pâinii, creste sintitor productivitatea m,uncii, se reduce consumul de energie.
