Abstract
Inventia face parte din domeniul prelucrarii maselor plastice si se refera la un procedeu si dispozitiv pentru fabricarea tuburilor din PVC termocontractabile, cu pereti grosi,în flux, continuu, pe aceeasi instalatie cu o singura încalzire a materialului plastic. Semifabricatul extrus este calibrat si racit pâna la temperatura de stare vâsco-elastica, urmând apoi etirarea radiala sub actiunea aerului, sub presiune din interiorul tuburlui, racire finala în dispozitiv si înfasurarea pe tambur. Dispozitivul de fabricaree a tubului termocontractabil cu pereti grosi, în flux continuu, se compune din cinci tronsoane îmbinate între ele cu elemente de asamblare, suruburi,saibe si piulite. între tronsoane exista o piesa de trecere unde are loc etirarea radiala a tubului extrus. în tronsoane are loc racirea tubului etirat pentru a-si pastra memoria. întreg dispozitivul este cuplat la un cap de extrudere printr-o flansa, suruburi cu piulite si un inel de teflon.The invention is part of the plastics processing industry and relates to a process and device for the production of heat-shrinkable PVC tubes with thick, continuous walls in a continuous flow on the same installation with a single heating of the plastic material.
