Instalatia este alcatuita dintr-o camera de alimentare, niste compartimente de spalare intensiva,niste agitatoare care realizeaza o miscare turbionar - circulara a masei de apa - fulgi, în sens invers una fata de cealalta în cele doua compartimente, un sistem de linistire a apei de spalare, o camera pentru depozitarea - evacuarea fulgilor spala ti, un transportor cu raclete, o gura de clarire -evacuare fulgi, o camera de linistire si încalzire a apei, un schimbator de caldura cu abur sau apa calda, un sifon eliminare slam în flux si o gura de eliminare a impuritatilor în timpul spalarii generale a instalatiei.
