Abstract

Inventia se refera la un substrat cromogen utilizabil pentru dozarea simpla si rapida a activitatii catalitice a colagenazei si a altor enzime proteolitice, precum si la un procedeu de obtinere a substratului. Substratul colagenic se realizeaza princuplarea unor coloranti clortriazinici de colagen reticulat în prealabil cu aldehida formica, cu respectarea unui raport optim între colagen si agentul de reticulare, toate operatiile fiind efectuate la o temperatura care sa nu duca la denaturarea colagenului. Inventia permite îmbogatirea gamei substratelor cromogene cu preparate noi pentru dozarea activitatii catalitice a enzimelor proteolitice prin metode simple.The invention relates to a chromogenic substrate useful for simple and rapid dosing of the catalytic activity of collagenase and other proteolytic enzymes, as well as to a process for obtaining the substrate. The collagen substrate is made by the coupling of colortriasin collagen dyestuffs crosslinked with the formaldehyde aldehyde, with respect to an optimal ratio of collagen to cross-linking agent, all operations being carried out at a temperature which does not lead to collagen denaturation. The invention allows to enrich the range of chromogenic substrates with novel preparations for dosing the catalytic activity of proteolytic enzymes by simple methods.
