The process comprises impregnation on one face with compsn. contg.: acrylonitrile cpd. 40-70, acrylonitrile and N-methylol acrylamide 7-8, 25% ammonia soln. 0.65-0.75 aluminium powder 15-25 parts, and 30-60 parts of water. The impregnation, at ambient temp., has a raker angle of 115-125 deg. The travel rate is 2-5 m/minute with application at 60-90 g/m2. Drying at 120-140 deg. C, and rolling at 80-100 deg. C and 20 kgf/cm2 complete the work cycle.
