Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unei proteine biologic active, de tipul hormon de crestere bovin, hormon de crestere porcin sau variante ale acestora, care prevede obtinerea unui vector recombinant continând un promotor, un sit de legatura ribozomal, 1 ... 3 codoni contigui de metionina, unul din acesti codoni având rol de semnal start al translatiei, urmati imediat de codonii hormonului de crestere bovin N-leucina, ai hormonului de crestere bovin N-valina sau ai hormonului de crestere suin N-alanina si de un codon stop al translatiei si utilizarea acestui vector pentru obtinerea hormonului de crestere cu continut mai mare de 80% polipeptida N-alanina. Hormonii de crestere, obtinuti conform inventiei, se pot utiliza cu succes pentrumarirea productiei de lapte la vaci si pentru potentarea cresterii la porci.
