Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de placare a sculelor de forjare cu materiale rezistente la uzura, folosite în sectorul de forja din industrie. Procedeul, conform inventiei, realizeaza placarea zonala sau totala a unor scule de forjare asezate pe o placa de cupru, în dreptul unei platbande, realizata din material rezistent la uzura, scula de formare având o zona decupata, care este închisa cu o placa de cupru, în zona decupata asezându-se spanul de amorsare, dupa care se coboara platbanda pâna atinge spanul, se pune zgura si se cupleaza instalatia de sudat sub strat de zgura, apoi se face un guler refractar deasupra zonei decupate în care sa se ridice stratul de zgura, astfel încât baia metalica sa se poata ridica pâna sus, realizând placarea întregii zone decupate.
