Inventia de fata se refera la o compozitie solida fitoactiva pe baza de compusi cu fosfor, constituita din circa 50... 60% parti în greutate compus activ reprezentat de un compus N-fosfonometil-N-carboximetil cu formula generala I: (formula generala (I) în care M reprezinta hidrogen, metal alcalin, alcalino-pamântos, staniu, radical de amoniu organic, alchilnulfoniu, alchilsulfoxoniu, alchilfosfoniu si de la circa 30 la 50% parti greutate agent activ de suprafata reprezentat de un bloc-copolimer de oxizi de alchil cu formula generala II: (formula generala II) în care R si R' sunt independenti si reprezinta hidrogen: (formula) în care R" este un radical alchil cu 8 ... 30 atomi de carbon, alchilaril cu 8 ... 30 atomi de carbon sau amestecurile acestora, m reprezinta un numar cuprins între 20 si 200 si n între 0 si 10, iar m + n > 25. Procedeul de obtinere a compusilor consta în: a) formarea unui amestec initial cuprinzând un compus fitoactiv de N-fosfonometil-Ncarboximetil, un solvent si un agent tensioactiv topit, agentul tensioactiv fiind solid la temperaturi ambiante; b) îndepartarea solventului din amestecul initial pentru a forma un amestec final la o temperatura peste punctul detopire al agentului tensioactiv; c) racirea amestecului final mentionat la o temperatura sub punctul de topire al agentulu tensioactiv pentru a forma o compozitie de N-fosfonometil-N-carboximetil solida la temperaturi ambiante; d) prelucrarea compozitiei sub forma de pelete, fulgi, granule sau pulberi.The present invention relates to a phytoactive solid composition based on phosphorus compounds, consisting of about 50-60% by weight of the active compound represented by a N-phosphonomethyl-N-carboxymethyl compound of the general formula I: (general formula (I) wherein M represents hydrogen, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, tin, organic ammonium radical, alkylnonaphonium, alkylsulfoxonium, alkylphosphonium and from about 30 to 50 parts by weight of the surface active agent represented by a block copolymer of oxides (II): wherein R and R 'are independent and represent hydrogen: wherein R "is an alkyl radical of 8 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylaryl of 8. Carbon atoms, or mixtures thereof, m is a number between 20 and 200 and n is between 0 and 10 and m + n is 25. The process for obtaining the compounds consists of: a) forming an initial mixture comprising a compound N-phosphonomethyl-N-carboxymethyl phytoactive , a solvent and a molten surfactant, the surfactant being solid at ambient temperatures; b) removing the solvent from the initial mixture to form a final mixture at a temperature above the dew point of the surfactant; c) cooling said final mixture to a temperature below the melting point of the surfactant to form a solid N-phosphonomethyl-N-carboxymethyl composition at ambient temperatures; d) processing of the composition in the form of pellets, flakes, granules or powders.
