Abstract
Procedeul de recuperare a argintului din deseuri materiale fotosensibile de diferite categorii, prin eventuala tocare, prevede spalarea cu solutie de hidroxid de sodiu minimum 1% concentratie, pentru solubilizarea stratului fotosensibil de pe suport, urmata de decantare flotatie si/sau filtrare, în vederea separarii slamului de argint care se usuca în continuare si se topeste cu fondanti alcalini pentru separarea argintului metalic; suportul, dupa spalare si uscare, se valorifica ulterior, iar solutia alcalina, dupa corectarea concentratiei, se recircula.The process of recovering silver from various types of photosensitive waste by crushing involves washing with a sodium hydroxide solution of at least 1% concentration to solubilize the photosensitive layer on the support followed by decantation of flotation and / or filtration in order to separate the silver slurry which is further dried and melted with alkali bases for the separation of silver metal; the support, after washing and drying, is subsequently recovered and the alkaline solution, after correcting the concentration, is recirculated.
