Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda si un aparat de detectare a frecventei de rezonanta si a nivelului de vibratie la traductori de ultrasunete piezoelectrici. Metoda consta în detectarea si masurarea curentului electric de miscare, proportional cu amplitudinea de vibratie si sesizarea frecventei la care acesta prezinta un maxim în cazul excitarii transductorului cu un semnal sinusoidal de amplitudine constanta si frecventa reglabila. Aparatul este format dintr-un oscilator sinusoidal comandat de tensiune de un bloc numeric de comanda a frecventei ce se masoara cu un frecventmetru, care excita un traductor piezoelectric cu un amplificator printr-un detector al curentului de miscare prin traductor a carui iesire e conectata la un bloc numeric de memorare si afisare care comanda încarcarea unei memorii conectata la blocul numeric de comanda a frecventei.The invention relates to a method and apparatus for detecting the resonance frequency and the vibration level of piezoelectric ultrasound transducers. The method consists in detecting and measuring the electric current in proportion to the vibration amplitude and sensing the frequency at which it exhibits a maximum when the transducer is excited with a constant and frequency adjustable sinusoidal signal. The device consists of a voltage-controlled oscillator oscillator of a frequency control numeric block that is measured with a frequency meter that excites a piezoelectric transducer with an amplifier through a motion current detector by means of a transducer whose output is connected to a numerical storage and display block commanding the loading of a memory connected to the numerical frequency control block.
