Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru durificarea structurala a lanturilor, în special a lanturilor din otel cu continut scazut de carbon si realizate prin sudare prin presare. Procedeul consta în supunerea lanturilor unei încalziri pîna la aproximativ 885 degree C, pentru normalizare, dupa care se aplica o alta încalzire la 860 degree C, pentru calire cu racire în apa, calire urmata de un tratament termic de revenire cu încalzire la 450 degree C, unde se face o mentinere timp de aproximativ 240 min. Urmata de racire intensa, în apa.
