Abstract
Masa vibranta electromecanica cu reglaj automat, dupa program al amplitudinii si al frecventei miscarilor vibratorii armonice conform inventiei, este destinata testarii la vibratii a aparatelor de masura si control, care necesita o calificare seismica, în scopul utilizarii lor în centralele nucleare. în acest scop se foloseste o constructie de mecanism biela- manivela, de generare a miscarii armonice, la care se poate regla, în timpul functionarii, amplitudinea, prin reglarea lungimii manivelei,si frecventa, prin actionarea mecanismului cu un motor cu turatie variabila. Reglajul mentinerii parametrilor regimului vibrator, impus de norma de testare, se face utilizînd un microprocesor sau microcalculator echipat cu convertizoare analog-numer ice si numeric-analogice.The electromechanically vibrating vibratory mass with a programmed amplitude and frequency of harmonic vibratory movements according to the invention is intended for vibration testing of measuring and control devices requiring seismic qualification for use in nuclear power plants. For this purpose, it is used a bi-crank mechanism for generating harmonic movement, during which it is possible to adjust the amplitude by adjusting the length of the crank and frequency, by operating the mechanism with a variable speed motor. The control of the vibration parameters required by the test rule is made using a microprocessor or microcomputer equipped with analog-numeric and numeric-analog converters.
