Procedeul descris se poate aplica la instalatiile de atomizare a suspensiilor din industria anorganica, cu posibilitati de extindere si la alte domenii: sinteze organice, detergenti, coloranti, ferite, chimie alimentara etc. Aplicarea sa la fabricarea catalizatorilor a permis marirea productivitatii unei instalatii cu minimum 50% si a condus la sporirea fiabilitatii si a versatilitatii instalatiei respective, prin reducerea timpului de functionare si crearea unor conditii de lucru flexibile. Acest fapt a condus, între altele, la extinderea domeniului de aplicare a procedeului si la obtinerea unor pulberi cu structura microsferica controlata. The described process can be applied to suspension atomization installations in the inorganic industry, with possibilities of expansion in other fields: organic synthesis, detergents, dyes, ferrite, food chemistry, etc. Its application in the manufacture of catalysts has increased the productivity of a plant by at least 50% and has led to increased reliability and versatility of the plant, by reducing the operating time and creating flexible working conditions. This led, among other things, to the extension of the scope of the process and to the obtaining of powders with controlled microsphere structure.
