Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la o instalatie pentru încalzirea pieselor metalice, în vederea tratamentelor termice sau termochimice, fiind utilizate, în special, la încalzirea pieselor din materiale metalice usor oxidabile la temperaturi joase, ca, de exemplu, piesele din zirconiu, titan, niobiu, tantal si aliajele acestora. Procedeul consta din încalzirea pieselor în spatii închise, unde se realizeaza un vid de 10 exponent -5 ...10 exponent -6 mbar, iar încalzirea se face în trepte pîna la 800 degree C, unde se mentin la un vid de 10 exponent -5 ...10 exponent -6 mbar, dupa care se aplica o racire dirijata, faza în care, în spatiul unde se afla piesele, se mentine acelasi vid pîna cînd acestea au o temperatura de 100 degree C. Instalatia este alcatuita dintr-un cuptor încalzit electric, în interiorul caruia se afla o retorta. Cuptorul este în legatura cu un ventilator pentru racirea retortei, iar retorta este în legatura cu niste grupuri de pompe de vidare si cu niste capcane pentru retinerea diferitelor impuritati si a volatilelor rezultate în timpul încalzirii.The invention relates to a process and to an installation for heating metal parts for thermal or thermochemical treatments, being used in particular for heating parts of easily oxidizable metallic materials at low temperatures, such as zirconium, titanium , niobium, tantalum and their alloys. The process consists of heating the parts in closed spaces, where a vacuum of 10 - 5 to 10 - 6 mbar is achieved, and the heating is made up to 800 degrees C, where it is held at a vacuum of 10 exponent - 5 ... 10 exponent -6 mbar, followed by a controlled cooling, the phase in which the parts are kept the same vacuum until they have a temperature of 100 degrees C. The installation consists of a an electrically heated oven, inside of which there was a retort. The furnace is connected to a fan for cooling the retort and the retort is in connection with some groups of vacuum pumps and some traps for retaining the various impurities and the volatiles produced during the heating.
