Abstract

Utilajul pentru absorbtia SO3 si uscare aer conform inventiei, este destinat fabricilor de acid sulfuric care functioneaza dupa procedeul dublei sau simplei catalize. Utilajul este constituit din trei cilindri concentrici, ce formeaza o camera cilindrica centrala cu doua compartimente pentru recircularea acizilor de la absorbtie SO3 si uscare aer si o camera inelara exterioara cu sase compartimente pentru absorbtie SO3 si uscare aer. Fiecare compartiment are un strat cu umplutura din inele Raschig si doua spatii pentru intrare, respectiv iesire gaze. Spatiile pentru iesire gaze sînt prevazute cu doua separatoare de picaturi. Racirea acizilor rezultati la absorbtia SO3 si uscare aer, se realizeaza prin intermediul a sase schimbatoare de caldura montate în spatiul inelar existent între camera inelara si camera cilindrica.The SO3 absorption and air drying apparatus according to the invention is intended for sulfuric acid plants which function by the process of double or simple catalysis. The machine consists of three concentric cylinders that form a central cylindrical chamber with two compartments for recirculation of SO3 absorption and air drying and a six-compartment outer ring chamber for SO3 absorption and air drying. Each compartment has a layer of Raschig rings and two inlet and outlet compartments. The gas outlet spaces are provided with two drop separators. The SO3 absorption and drying of the acids are carried out by means of six heat exchangers mounted in the annular space between the annular chamber and the cylindrical chamber.
