Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de nichelare lucioasa a polistirenului antisoc, denumit comercial si PAS, pentru obtinerea unor suprafete foarte lucioase si uniforme, cu aspect estetic si cu aderenta foarte buna. Pentru conductibilizarea suprafetei polistirenului antisoc, se foloseste grafit depus dintr-o baie care contine un amestec format din grafit si acetona în proportie de 1:1 grame la mililitru. Timpul de mentinere în baie a pieselor este de 5...20 s. Piesele grafitate se usuca la temperatura camerei, surplusul de grafit de pe piese se elimina prin pensulare manuala si insuflare cu aer comprimat. Urmeaza faza de lustruire, care se executa manual, cu un disc de lustruit cu pîsla. Piesele astfel pregatite se introduc într-o baie acida de cuprare lucioasa, dupa care se nicheleaza în bai de nichel lucios.
