Abstract
Inventia face parte din ramura constructiilor de masini, utilaj minier si rezolva problema obtinerii unor piese bimetalice prin procedeul de placare bimetalica centrifugala. Inventia poate fi realizata de unitatile constructoare de masini si metalurgie, precum si de alte unitati industriale, care au în specificul lor de productie astfel de piese, si se compune dintr-un cuptor vertical, care are în partea de jos montat un ax în niste lagare. Cuptorul se afla închis într-o carcasa, pe care se afla un subansamblu format din piesa de placare si un capac de închidere etans, avînd niste conducte de evacuare a gazelor si o pîlnie prin care se introduce materialul de adaos. Rotirea piesei se realizeaza prin transmiterea miscarii de rotatie de un grup hidraulic, printr-un motor hidraulic variabil si a unui cuplaj elastic, ce face legatura între axul montat în interiorul cuptorului si axul motorului variabil.
