Abstract
Inventia se refera la un soi de bame (Hibiscus esculentus L) timpuriu, denumit Beatrice, destinat consumului de capsule, în stare proaspata si conservata, obtinut prin selectie individuala repetata. Plantele din soiul, conform inventiei, sînt de talie mijlocie, cu port erect, de culoare verde, verde-deschis, cu frunze cu petiolul lung, pentalobate, de marime mijlocie slab pubescente, cu flori mari, petale galbene, la baza de culoare violacee cu capsule prismatice alungite, muchiate, cu vîrf conic, de culoare verde, seminte mijlocii brune. Este un soi timpuriu cu o perioada de vegetatie de circa 58...60 zile de la rasarit la prima recolta, cu un ritm intens de formarea capsulelor. Capsulele sînt de calitate superioara, carnoase, fragede, cu textura fina, placute la gust, de culoare verde. Soiul are un potential de productie destul de ridicat în conditii de agrotehnica superioara, realizeaza productii de peste 3,7 t/ha.
