Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de determinare a microflorei mugurelui floral prin recoltarea acestuia de pe planta, detasarea pe rînd de pe mugure a caliciului, corolei, anterelor si pistilului, însamîntarea acestora pe un mediu stril, incubarea lor în conditii adecvate si determinarea speciilor de microorganisme dezvoltate în timpul incubarii. Procedeul permite stabilirea diferentiata, în functie de microflora determinata, a metodelor de sterilizare chimica a mugurilor florali, în vederea obtinerii de plante haploide sanatoase.
