Abstract
Procedeul, conform inventiei, prevede împuscarea intermitenta, în portiuni dozate, prin intermediul aerului comprimat, a combustibilului marunt si a altor adaosuri, în zona de oxidare a cubiloului, printr-o conducta legata direct la gura de vînt, preîncalzirea aerului necesar împuscarii avînd loc prin radiatie, de la mantaua cubiloului. Instalatia pentru realizarea procedeului este constituita dintr-un ventil pneumatic, comunicînd printr-o conducta de aer comprimat cu un dozator pentru materialele granulare de împuscat, aflat în legatura cu o alta conducta prin care circula materialele amintite, dozate în portii, conducta fiind legata direct la gura de vînt a cubiloului.According to the invention, the process provides for the intermittent firing, by means of compressed air, of small fuel and other additions in the oxidation zone of the cubil, through a pipe directly connected to the wind, the preheating of the air required for the shot taking place by radiation, from the mantle of the cubil.
