Abstract

Inventia se refera la o piele sintetica cu tuseu superior, pe baza de poliuretan, ce se aplica prin stratificare pe un suport textil, în scopul obtinerii unui strat de uzura cu o moliciune avansata, stratul de uzura este format dintr-o solutie de poliuretan cu dimetilformamida cu un continut de substanta uscata de 40% si viscozitate de 95000 cP la 20 degree C, obtinut prin reactii de poliaditie concurente, la care participa 4,4'-diizocianat de difenilmetan si 4,4'-diizocianatul de dibenzil, în final plastifiata cu 1,62% diizooctilftalat, 0,16% polipropilen eter si 3,05% poli (etilen-dietilenglicol) adipat, dupa ce este diluata cu 15% toluen si colorata cu 9 parti pasta de colorare la 100 parti solutie.
