Abstract

Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unui adeziv ureo-formaldehidic modificat, utilizabil la fabricarea placilor aglomerate din aschii de lemn, prin condensarea formaldehidei cu ureea melamina si dietilenglicolul în trei faze: faza metilolica în mediu neutru sau slab alcalin, la o temperatura de 55...65 degree C si pH= 6,5...7,5, faza metilolmetilenica, la o temperatura de 85...95 degree C si pH= 4,5...5,5 si faza de policondensare înmediu neutru sau slab alcalin la pH=6,5...7,5 si temperatura de 80...90 degree C. Se obtine un adeziv cu rezistenta mai ridicata la umiditate.
