Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie de uscare a amoniacului utilizat la tratamentul termochimic de nitrurare a pieselor si sculelor din oteluri inoxidabile si înalt aliate, în vederea realizarii conditiilor de obtinere a straturilor cu grosime uniforma, lipsite de oxizi si cu caracteristici superioare, prin utilizarea unei instalatii formata din coloane cu adsorbanti solizi si sistem de regenerare termica. Functionarea coloanelor are loc alternativ, una fiind în faza de uscare, alta în faza de regenerare (încalzire-racire). Prin dizolvarea în apa a gazelor utilizate la regenerarea coloanelor se poate obtine apa amoniacala, utilizata în scopuri industriale.The invention relates to a process and a drying plant for ammonia used for the thermo-chemical treatment of nitriding of parts and tools made of stainless and high alloyed steels in order to achieve the conditions for obtaining layers with uniform thickness, oxides free and with superior characteristics, using a solid-column column with solid adsorbents and a thermal regeneration system. Column operation takes place alternately, one being in the drying phase, the other in the regeneration phase (heating-cooling). By dissolving the gas used to regenerate the columns into the water, it is possible to obtain ammoniacal water used for industrial purposes.
