Abstract
Inventia se refera la un transductor bilateral imersibil, alcatuit din mai multe elemente magnetostrictive din ferita în contact cu perechi de corpuri difuzoare metalice avînd forma de trunchi de piramida si dimensionate corespunzator frecventei de lucru, între suprafetele de contact fiind interpuse folii subtiri de aluminiu, eventualele deplasari laterale nedorite fiind împiedicate de niste stifturi cilindrice semiîngropate, dispuse la periferia elementelor magnetostrictive, întregul ansamblu fiind presat în lungul transductoarelor, prin montarea a doua carcase metalice de contur închis lipite de suprafetele radiante ale corpurilor difuzoare si strînse una fata de cealalta la nivelul unei garnituri elastice de etansare de contur închis prin intermediul unor suruburi si piulite.The invention relates to a demountable bilateral transducer comprising a plurality of magnetostrictive elements of ferrite in contact with pairs of metal diffusers having the shape of a pyramid trunk and dimensioned corresponding to the working frequency, the contact surfaces being interposed with thin aluminum sheets, unwanted lateral displacements being prevented by semi-buried cylindrical stiffeners disposed at the periphery of the magnetostrictive elements, the entire assembly being pressed along the transducers by mounting two closed contour metal enclosures glued to the radiating surfaces of the diffuser bodies and tightened to each other at the level of a Elastic contour sealing gaskets closed by screws and nuts.
