Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru regenerarea uscata a nisipului de turnatorie, fiind utilizata, în special, la prepararea amestecurilor, de formare utilizate în turnatorii, pentru alcatuirea formelor de turnatorie. Instalatia este alcatuita dintr-un jgheab vibrator în legatura cu o sita si cu un separator magnetic, pentru a dirija diferentiat nisipul spre un dispozitiv de sfarîmare, de unde nisipul este preluat si dirijat spre un buncar, unde se realizeaza si separarea prafului.The invention relates to a plant for the dry regeneration of foundry sand, being especially used in the preparation of molding mixtures used in foundries for casting molds. The installation is made up of a vibrating trough in connection with a sieve and a magnetic separator, to differentiate the sand to a crushing device, from where the sand is taken over and directed to a hopper where the dust is separated.
