Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un dispozitiv pentru sertizarea tijei tubulare a supapelor de evacuare umplute cu sodiu, destinate utilarii motoarelor termice. Prin procedeul conform inventiei, într-o prima faza se prelucreaza zona de sertizare la capatul tijei tubulare a supapei cu un profil exterior îngropat, dupa introducerea barei de sodiu în interiorul tijei supapei cu supapa mentinuta vertical; în a doua faza, se încalzeste prin inductie pîna la temperatura de forjare corespunzatorotelului respectiv, iar în a treia faza, fara a-i schimba pozitia verticala supapei, se efectueaza rapid sertizarea prin exercitarea unor presiuni exterioare radiale, concomitent cu o forta axiala, astfel ca deformarea sa se produca mai mult în dire ctia radiala decît axiala, acesta pîna la disparitia gaurii centrale din tija supapei în zona de sertizare. Dispozitivul, conform inventiei, este constituit dintr-o placa interioara care se fixeaza supapa si o placa superioara pe care sunt montate patru role profilate, întreg dispozitivul fiind montat pe o presa cu excentric, la cursa de coborîre, rolele profilate realizînd radial deformarea plastica a tijei de supapa în zona de sertizare.The invention relates to a process and a device for crimping the hollow shaft of the exhaust valves filled with sodium, intended for the use of thermal motors. The device according to the invention consists of an inner plate that fixes the valve and a top plate on which are mounted four profiled rollers, the whole device being mounted on an eccentric press at the lowering stroke, the profiled rollers making the plastic deformation of the valve stem in the crimping area.
