Abstract
Unventia se refera la o metoda si un aparat pentru masurarea randamentului transductorilor piezoceramici de putere, utilizati în instalatiile industriale bazate pe tehnologia ultrasunetelor. Metoda, conform inventiei se bazeaza pe masurarea unor marimi derivate: tensiunea si surentul pe ramura mecanica a chemei electrice echivalente a transductorilor, în gol si în sarcina, la frecventa de rezonanta mecanica si la putere de excitatie nominala. Aparatul conform inventiei, este alcatuit dintr-un generator electric de putere si frecventa reglabila, un transformator diferential de curent care detecteaza curentul de miscare al transductorului, doua detectoare de varf si doua aparate indicatoare analogice pe care se citesc masuratorile.Unventia refers to a method and apparatus for measuring the efficiency of piezoceramic power transducers used in industrial installations based on ultrasound technology. The method according to the invention is based on the measurement of derived quantities: the voltage and the safety on the mechanical branch of the equivalent electric field of the transducers, in the empty and the load, at the mechanical resonance frequency and at nominal excitation power. According to the invention, the apparatus consists of an adjustable power and frequency generator, a differential current transformer that detects the transducer's motion current, two peak detectors, and two analog indicator devices on which the measurements are read.
