Abstract
Inventia face parte din domeniul textil si rezolva problema transformarii în fire tip bumbac a resturilor de tricot si tesatura tip bumbac colorate, din fibre celulozice, filate în principal pe utilaje din filatura de bumbac. Inventia contine ca elemente de baza amestecarea intensa, din punct de vedere al culorii a componentelor de diverse culori sau nuante, ce intra în compozitia firului final. Procedeul prevede trei etape de amestecare: o treapta initiala prin lupi si camere de amestec, o treapta intermediara prin masini multiamestecatoare, o treapta finala prin dubla cardare, între ambele cardari fiind instalat un reunitor de benzi, iar patru din sulurile rezultate se alimenteaza la carda II. Procedeul realizeaza fire cu buna calitate de aspect si o uniformizare avansata a culorii finale a firelor, reducandu-se la minimum procentul striurilor si blendelor în tesaturile sau tricoturile obtinute din firele respective. Se aplica în filatura de bumbac.The invention is part of the textile industry and solves the problem of transformation into cotton yarn of knitted garments and colored cotton fabrics, made of cellulose fibers, mainly woven on cotton spinning machines. The invention contains as a basic element the intense color mixing of components of various colors or nuances that enter the composition of the final yarn. The process involves three stages of mixing: an initial step through wolves and mixing chambers, an intermediate step through multi-shifting machines, a final step by double carding, between two carders being installed a band reamer, and four of the resulting rolls are fed to the card II. The process produces yarns with good appearance quality and an advanced uniformity of the final color of the yarns, reducing to a minimum the percentage of strips and blends in the fabrics or knits obtained from the yarns. Applies to cotton spinning.
