Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru separarea gravitationasa, în spirala, si la un separator spiral pentru aplicarea procedeului. Procedeul prevede ca în amonte de dispozitivul de evacuare, un curent superior care contine material steril sa fie deviat spre exterior fata de un curent inferior care contine material util, curent inferior, care datorita devierii amintite, se raspandeste pe o latime mai mare. Concomitent cu deflectarea curentului superior are loc si o reumflare a curentului de steril, prin crearea unei sectiuni de trecere îngustata. Separatorul este prevazut cu niste deflectoare adiacente sau distante fata de peretele interior al jgheabului, pozitionate la circa 50..200 mm în aminte de dispozitivul de evacuare si cu niste deflectoare prevazute pe peretele exterior al jgheabului.
