Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a clorofilinei cupro-sodice de puritate avansata si culoare verde-închis, hidrosolubila, din frunzele diferitelor plante, utilizata în industria alimentara, cosmetica si farmaceutica, prin transformarea clorofilei în clorofila cuprica, saponificare si purificare cu bioxid de calciu si solventi organici, la diferite valori de pH.The invention relates to a process for obtaining copper-sodium chlorophyllin of advanced purity and a dark green, water-soluble color from the leaves of various plants used in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry, by the conversion of chlorophyll into cuprous chlorophyll, saponification and purification with dioxide calcium and organic solvents at different pH values.
