Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a vacinului antirujetic, pentru porc, conform inventiei consta în aceea ca microorganismul Erzipelatrix insidiosa, înregistrat în colectia Institutului de Cercetari Veterinare si Biopreparate "Pasteur" Bucuresti, sub nr. 2/1948se cultiva pe un mediu de cultura constituit din hidrolizat troptic din sroturi de soia, hidrolizat triptic de caseina hidrolizat pepto-triptic din focat de porc extract de drojdie, glucoza, foafat de sodiu, ser norma de cal, cu sau fara adaos de extract din ficat de porc si hidrolizat triptic din carne fiarta de bovine, în conditii de agitare si aerare, la pH slab alcalin si temperatura de 37,5 degree C dupa care se poate liofiliza sau nu.
