Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a fosfatilor de amidon. în acest scop amidonul de cartofi, sau alt tip de amidon netransformat chimic, este impregnat în faza solida, semiumeda, cu un amestec de fosfati mono si disodici, la temperatura de 40...90 degree C. Amidonul îmbibat cu fosfati este, în contunuare, uscat si supus reactiei de esterificare la temperatura de 120...170 degree C. Amidonul fosfat are o culoare alba cu nuanta slab galbena si poate fi utilizat sau nu, la impregnarea matrerialelor texitile, hîrtie si ca adeziv.
