Inventia se refera la o solutie oftalmica tamponata de neoxazol 4%, destinata tratamentului local al infectiilor oculare. Se utilizeaza în blefarite, conjuctivite, ulcere corneene si alte infectii oculare produse de microorganisme sensibile la aceasta sulfamida, în general, germeni gram-pozitivi si gram-negativi, si ca adjuvant în terapia sistemica cu sulfamide în trahom.The invention relates to a 4% neoxazole buffered ophthalmic solution for the local treatment of ocular infections. It is used in blepharitis, conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers and other ocular infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to this sulfamide, generally gram-positive and gram-negative germs, and as an adjunct to systemic sulphamide therapy in trachoma.
