Inventia se refera la o compozitie de fixare si etansare utilizata în montarea unor subansamble în constructia de masini-unelte, caracterizata prin aceea ca, în scopul asigurarii îmbinarilor filetate împotriva socurilor si vibratiilor si a etansariiacestora, este constituita dintr-o solutie de polimetacrilat de metil si acrilonitril în raport în greutate de 1 : 2 la care se adauga o alta solutie de policlorura de vinil clorurata dizolvata în toluen sau acetat de etil în raport în greutate de 1: 3, doua solutii fiind de 1 : 2.
