Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a metanolului si consta în aceea ca gazul de sinteza de obtinere prin amestecul a doua fluxuri continand CO, CO2 si H2 si gaze inerte, primul flux fiind obtinut pron reformarea unui amestec de gaz natural cu abur si gaz de purja de la bucla de sinteza la care se poate adauga CO2 file în fata reformerului fie în gazul racit de reformer cel de al doilea flux fiind obtinut : prin reformarea autoterma într-un reactor cu pat fix si catalizator a gazului natural cu abur, oxigen si CO2 sau prin reformarea cu 02, abur, si CO2 a gazelor reziduale de la obtinerea acetilenei sau altor produse reziduale de la distilarea titeiului gazul de purja de la bucla de sinteza a metanolului de joasa presiune este trecut într-un al doilea reformer tubular unde împreuna cu CO2 sau metan +CO+ abir constitue materia prima pentru obtinerea unui gaz de sinteza stoichiometric ce se foloseste într-o a doua bucla de sinteza la o presiune mai ridicata.
