Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un dispozitiv de comanda a aparatelor de sterilizare cu vapori saturati supraîncalziti, utilizate în unitatile sanitare si în cadrul laboratoarelor de culturi sau cercetari bacteriologice. Dispozitivul, conform inventiei, este constituit dintr-un bloc pentru initializarea conditiilor de pornire a ciclului, un bloc de comanda a aprinderii prin elementele de încalzire un bloc de programare a fazelor ciclului de sterilizare, blocuri de reglaj-semnalizare pentru nivelul de condens care comanda deschiderea electrovalvei de condens precum si declansarea semnalizarii sonore la atingerea unui nivel de condens fiind, la randul lor, comandate de doua perechi de optocupluri, un bloc de afisare construit dintr-un numar de porti logice identic cu numarul fazelor de sterilizare ce trebuie semnalizate care comanda aprinderea lampii de semnalizare corespunzatoare fazei active, precum si o lampa care semnalizeaza efectuarea purjarii condensului si un bloc de putere ce realizeaza conectarea statica serie paralel a celor doua elemente încalzitoare.The present invention relates to a control device for superheated saturation vapor sterilizers used in sanitary units and in culture laboratories or bacteriological research.
