Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui derivat de pirazolidina constand în combinatia moleculara a 2(4-clorfenoxi)-N(2-(dietilamino)-etil/acetaminei cu 3,5 dioxo-1,2-difenil -4n-butilpirazolidina (fenilbutazona)prin reactia dintre acidul 4-clorfenoxiacetic, N,N-dietilamido-etilamina si fenilbutazona si consta în aceea ca acidul 4-clorfenoxiacetic în solvent organic nepolar cu mediu, se supune la început reactiei de amidare cu N,N-dietilaminoetilamina iar derivatul de acetamida rezultat în concentratie de 15-25% se aduce în contact cu fenilbutazona în rapoarte echimoleculare, prin adaos de apa, cu izolarea produsului prin filtrare, urmata de recristalizare în conditii cunoscute din alcooli inferiori în amestec cu apa.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a pyrazolidine derivative consisting of the molecular combination of 2 (4-chlorophenoxy) -N (2- (diethylamino) ethyl) acetamide with 3,5-dioxo-1,2- (4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, N, N-diethylamido-ethylamine and phenylbutazone) and consists in that 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in non-polar organic solvent is first submitted to the amidation reaction with N, N-diethylaminoethylamine and the resulting acetamide derivative at a concentration of 15-25% is contacted with phenylbutazone in equimolecular ratios by addition of water with the product being isolated by filtration followed by recrystallization under known conditions from lower alcohols in admixture with water.
