Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de recuperare a zincului din minereuri cuprifere cu continut scazut de zinc (0,24%). Procedeul consta în flotatia concentratului cupros în mediu depresant pentru zinc si pirita, urmata de flotatia concentratului colectiv de zinc-pirita, prin îngrosarea concentratului la dilutia de 1 : 1, desorbtia colectorilor si spumantului de carbune activ, repulparea la dilutie de 3,5:1, conditionare cu var si cianura de sodiu pentru depresarea piritei, flotatia concentratului zincos. Se obtine astfel un concentrat zincos cu 39-41%, produs valorificabil în metalurgie.
