Inventia se refera la un subansamblu port-diafragma ce serveste fixarea si pozitionarea diafragmei în matrita, în vederea vulcanizarii unei anvelope.Subansamblul port-diafragma este alcatuit din doua capace, unul superior si unul inferior, prevazute la exterior cu niste inele de fixare, cu ajutorul carora se prinde marginea diafragmei de vulcanizat si se centreaza întreg ansamblul în matrita de vulcanizare; capacul superior fiind prevazut cu niste degajari ce primesc un sistem de fixare pe tija pistonului de actionare si o supapa de admisie a aerului cu rol de-a egaliza treptat presiunea din interiorul celor doua capace cu presiunea atmosferica în momentul îndepartarii acestora.The invention relates to a diaphragm port subassembly which serves to fasten and position the diaphragm in the mold to vulcanize a tire. The diaphragm port assembly consists of two upper, one upper and one lower caps, provided externally with some fixing rings, which aids the edge of the vulcanized diaphragm and centers the entire assembly in the vulcanization mold; the upper cover being provided with some recesses receiving a clamping system on the actuating piston rod and an air intake valve to gradually equalize the pressure inside the two caps with the atmospheric pressure at the time of removal.
