Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru tratarea tesaturilor din fire de sticla în care tesaturile sînt supuse peliculizarii prin raclare cu un lac ignifugat, bicomponent, de polietilena sulfoclorurata în solvent organic, în amestec cu întaritor pe baza de oxid de plumb, uscarii si condensarii la 80-150 degree C, viteza de înaintare a tesaturii fiind de 3-5 m/min si încarcarea de 30-60 g/m2, aluminizarii în vid la 10-4-10-6 torr, în conditii în sine cunoscute, si siliconizarii cu o emulsie apoasa de produse siliconice tip, metil polisiloxan sau metil-fenil-polisiloxan, în concentratie de 200g/l cu adaus de silan 0,2% fata de produsul siliconic, gradul de încarcare cu silicon fiind de 0,25-0,45%.
