Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a unui aditiv folosit ca întaritor în amestecurile de formare pentru turnatorie, conform inventiei, prevede esterificarea la maximum 165 degree C a acidului acetic cu monoetilenglicol în prezenta de catalizator, solutie apoasa de acid benzen sulfonic 65% concentratie, si de toluen în proportie de minimum 15% din total amestec de reactie ca antrenant, reactia fiind condusa într-o instalatie de esterificare uzuala prevazuta cu mijloace pentru separarea azeotropica a apei de reactie pîna ce concentratia în ester a amestecului ajunge la 85-90% urmata de devolatizarea esterului astfel obtinut de componentii volatili si de conditionarea prin omogenizare la temperatura ambianta cu poliadipat de dietilenglicol si cu monoetilenglicol la un raport molar 2,2: 1 în prezenta a 1-2 procente molare solutie de acid benzen sulfonic raportate la cantitatea de monoetilenglicol, din amestec si de maximum 20% toluen tehnic raportat la total amestec de reactie si conditionarea finala a esterului obtinut prin omogenizare cu poliadipat de dietilenglicol si cu monoetilenglicol în raport de greutate de 3,4:1,25:0,35.The process for obtaining an additive used as a curing agent in the foundry molding mixtures according to the invention provides for the esterification of a maximum of 165 ° C of acetic acid with monoethyleneglycol in the presence of a catalyst, 65% strength aqueous benzene sulfonic acid solution, and toluene in a proportion of at least 15% of the total reaction mixture as an entrainment, the reaction being conducted in a conventional esterification plant provided with means for azeotropic separation of the reaction water until the ester concentration of the mixture reaches 85-90% followed by devolatization of the ester thus obtained by volatile components and by homogenization at ambient temperature with diethyleneglycol polyadipate and with monoethylene glycol at a molar ratio of 2.2: 1 in the presence of 1-2 mole percent benzenesulfonic acid solution relative to the amount of monoethylene glycol in the mixture and not more than 20% technical toluene based on the total reaction mixture and conditioning the final ester obtained by homogenization with diethyleneglycol polyadipate and with monoethyleneglycol in a weight ratio of 3.4: 1.25: 0.35.
