Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a esculinei pure din Cortex Aesculus hyppocastanum prin extractie, concentrare si recristalizare (scoarta de castan salbatic), condtînd din aceea ca materia prima vegetala uscata si pulverizata se extrage prin macerare, în doua etape succesive, la temperatura ambianta, cu acetona apoasa 40...60% în cantitate de 20 l la 1 kg materie prima, extractele reunite se concentreaza sub vid pîna la reziduu uscat, continînd totalul brut de glicozide cumarinice, acesta se extrage timp de 1 h sub reflux cu un alcanol inferior, în cantitate de 2,5-3 l la 200-250 g reziduu, extractul alcoolic se concentreaza pîna la reziduu uscat, care se recristalizeaza din amestec de metanol-apa 9:1 în volume, în cantitate de 3...5 l solvent la 100-150 g reziduu, produsul recristalizat se dizolva în 10-12 l apa la 100 g produs la temperatura de 90-95 degree C si dupa racire la temperatura camerei si mentinerea masei cristaline timp de 24 h la 5-10 degree C se obtine esculina pura cu un continut de 94-96%.
