Abstract
Unventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unor rezistoare electrice de precizie prin depunerea unei pelicule metalice pe tronson ceramic cilindric si prelucrari uletrioare ale acestei pelicule. Procedeul, conform inventiei consta în degresarea sensibilizarea si actionarea tronsoanelor ceramice dupa care sunt introduse în solutia de metalizare ce contine 5.....50 g/1 dintr-o sare de nichel (Ni la puterea 2+)0.....50h/l dintr-o sare de cobalt (Co la puterea 2+), 1.....25 g/l dintr-o sare de fier (Fe la piterea2+), 10....50 g/l acetat de sodiu 10....50g/l hipofosfit de sodiu cu pH de 2....5 la o temperatura de 80.....98 degree C dupa care se realizeaza stabilizarea peliculei rezistive la o temperatura de 250....300 degree C si presiune de 10 la puterea -2 torri si prin aplicarea pe rezistor dupa operatia de ajustare valorica a unei suprasarcini egala cu de trei ori tensiunea nominala timp de 0,5....5 s.
