Abstract

Conform inventiei, imunostimulatorul de natura bacteriana este constituit din Staphylococcus aureus nr. 92, Staphylococcus albus F.I. nr. 105, Sreptococcus viridans nr. 813, Streptococcus hemoliticus nr. 523, Streptococcus pneumoniae nr. 558, Neisseria catarrhalis nr. 177, haemophylus infuenzae nr. 10 247, Pseudomonas aeruginosa nr. 4 763, Proteus ox19 F.I. nr 213 si Candida albicans nr. F.I. nr 6, microorganismele fiind înregistrate în colectia Institutului "Cantacuzino" Bucuresti. Procedeul de obtinere a imunostimulatorului bacterian consta în lizarea celulelor prin 3 cicluri succesive de înghetate-desghetare si inactivarea prin încalzire. According to the invention, the bacterial immunostimulator consists of Staphylococcus aureus nr. 92, Staphylococcus albus F.I. no. 105, Sreptococcus viridans no. 813, Streptococcus hemoliticus nr. 523, Streptococcus pneumoniae no. 558, Neisseria catarrhalis no. 177, haemophylus infuenzae no. 10 247, Pseudomonas aeruginosa nr. 4,763, Proteus ox19 F.I. No 213 and Candida albicans no. BE. No 6, microorganisms being registered in the Cantacuzino Institute of Bucharest. The process of obtaining the bacterial immunostimulant consists in lysing the cells through three successive freeze-thaw cycles and inactivation by heating.
