Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru fabricarea granulelor de uree în care, în scopul obtinerii unor granule cu rezistenta mecanica marita, se disperseaza în solutia de uree având concentratie de 72-80% si temperatura de 100 degree C, sau în topitura de uree avînd concentratia de 99,5-99,7% si o temperatura de 140-145 degree C, înaintea intrarii în conul de granulare, în talerul sau tamburul de granulare, agenti de însamîntare avînd dimensiunea particulelor de 6-120 niu, de preferinta 20-100 niu, alesi dintre carbonat de calciu rezidual, cenusa de termocentrala, bioxid de siliciu rezidual rezultat de la fabricarea H2SiF6, compusi de electrobilire din siderurgia beferoasa continînd Fe-Si sau Fe-Mn.
