Instalatia conform inventiei, este alcatuita dintr-o carcasa de lucru, în care sînt plasate piesele supuse prelucrarii, camera racordata, prin intermediul unor conducte, la doua butelii de laimentare cu gaze combustibile cum ar fi oxigen si metan, oxigen si propan, oxigen si acetilena, gaze care sînt aprinse în camera de lucru, cu ajutorul unui dispozitiv de aprindere electric, plasat la partea superioara a camerei de lucru. în urma combustiei gazelor se dezvolta temperaturi de 1500-3000 degree K, la care se produce topirea instantanee a bavurilor pieselor turnate. Instalatia permite prelucrarea pieselor complexe din materiale diverse, cu un consum redus de energie si într-un timp redus.The invention relates to a device for deburring metallic parts with a complex configuration, with the help of thermal energy.
